Colour Box Studio was founded in 2012 by Australian Solomon Islander documentary filmmaker, Amie Batalibasi. The studio creates many arts programs for communities in Melbourne and beyond. The Colour Box studio aims to create a strong network for creative people and to give the chance to showcase artistic practices through events, exhibitions, festival, web and workshop. The Colour Box Studio is also open to any new projects and creations, continues to evolve and includes new developments.
